Our client, a major infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Storeman / Logistics Officer to support a large rail infrastructure project in Perth. This role will provide essential warehouse and logistics coordination to ensure materials are safely and efficiently managed across warehouse, transport and installation activities throughout the project lifecycle. About the Project Our client is delivering a major rail signalling upgrade project involving the design, installation, testing and commissioning of a new Automatic Train Control System to modernise rail operations. About the Role Based at the project office in Perth, you will support warehouse and logistics operations by coordinating deliveries, preparing materials for site teams and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers, freight providers and internal teams • Support loading and unloading of materials and equipment • Prepare materials and components for dispatch to project work fronts • Assist with coordination of fleet vehicle movements and logistics support • Move equipment and materials safely within warehouse and yard areas • Maintain accurate records within the Warehouse Management System • Process stock receipts, transfers and material movements • Prepare pick lists and delivery documentation About You • Experience in warehouse, storeperson or logistics roles • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment • Good communication and teamwork skills Requirements Our client, a major infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Storeman / Logistics Officer to support a large rail infrastructure project in Perth.
