The **Digital Services Partner for Telstra Purple **plays an integral role in contributing to the strategic growth of Telstra and our market presence through identifying, developing, and closing high-value, digital solutions with our clients.
You will focus on the Digital portfolio, helping customers with digitisation leveraging our capabilities around human centred design, software development, data analytics and AI. Your success in this role is built on your exceptional relationship building and negotiation skills - you thrive off partnering with our customers to provide solutions that will enhance their business and exceed their expectations. You strategically partner with client executives and other key members of our business to deliver high margin sales that directly contributes to Telstra's growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the identification, development and selling of high-value solutions in partnership with the client executives who own strategic customer relationships, to deliver high margin sales and revenue growth for your portfolio.
- Authentically engage and collaborate within a diverse, multi-stakeholder landscape (e.g. Client Executives, Business Development Managers, Solution Specialists, Deep Domain Specialists, Presales & Delivery Teams, Technology Vendors, Telstra Partners) to translate complex sales into leading-edge customer solutions.
- Take an innovative and creative approach to identifying new sales opportunities and developing sales solutions that leverage your deep customer understanding, awareness of key industry trends and understanding of the competitor landscape.
- Leverage strong communication skills to authentically engage and effectively influence stakeholders, including C-Level, to determine the most appropriate sales solutions, provide business insights on ICT matters and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Use a range of communication and relationship building skills to establish and manage customer, vendor and key strategic relationships, to deliver high customer satisfaction outcomes and to drive the achievement of NPS targets.
- Support innovation and lead components of continuous improvement activities for the identification of sales, solution design, negotiation methods and sales delivery approaches that support sales capability development.
- Leverage deep knowledge in sales and commercial management to accurately forecast, track and manage sales opportunities (lead identification, qualification and closure), including meeting reporting requirements for assigned portfolio.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years end to end sales management experience preferably from the Enterprise space
- Strong sales planning and execution skills
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders - internal and external with the ability to navigate through complex process.
- Experience working in a consultative sales process in combination with a technical presales team
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
