Randstad Digital is looking to speak with Senior ICT Project Coordinators or Junior Project Managers who come from a Utilities background and have worked across complex Programs.
This role demands extensive experience managing large transformational programs of work, financial acumen, and an ability for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines is essential.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, plans and reports
Prepare gating documentation as per the Program & Project Delivery Framework, including initiative plans, acceptance certificates, closure reports, go-live notices, and other milestone documents as required.
Support with establishment and maintenance of effective governance structures, frameworks, and processes for the program and project
Project scheduling, including resource allocation
Identify and capture program and project assumptions, risks, issues, dependencies along with appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collect, track, interpret, manage and review program and project information, including providing assistance with maintenance of project control registers.
Develop and manage financial forecasts at the project level
Update resource and financial forecasts
Provide secretariat support at key program and project meetings including preparation and collation of papers, minutes, and action items.
Coordinate meetings, workshops and key program and project events with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
Demonstrated strong ability to multi-task, prioritise and communicate priorities to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships, apply a customer service approach and exercise judgement, initiative and discretion in managing stakeholders to support the achievement of objectives.
Demonstrated high level ability to process, extrapolate, analyse and interpret data and information to contribute to the delivery of business reporting requirements.
Demonstrated organisational, self and time management skills, particularly in relation to managing conflicting and multiple priorities.
Ability to use SAP to interrogate the status of purchase orders and project costs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Project Server.
In depth understanding of project financial management especially in relation to forecast management.
Demonstrated successful track record in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
Demonstrated extensive experience managing large transformational programs of work with significant people, process and technology impacts.
Previous experience leading and managing functional and technology teams in an operational environment with a focus of maximising benefits through process and technology changes.
Demonstrated extensive experience establishing delivery methodologies, resourcing models and governance structures to hit the ground running and embed strong structure and reporting rigour from the outset.
Confidence to make delivery decisions with the ability to align these decisions across senior leadership groups.
Experience in successfully engaging and influencing stakeholders including vendors, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
