Job Role: Service Delivery Officer
About the Role
We are seeking passionate and client-focused individuals to join our Frontline Operations group in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients over the phone, providing support and assistance in meeting their tax, superannuation and registration obligations.
Main Responsibilities
* Process a range of requests and queries from clients in a scheduled contact centre environment.
* Utilise strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and resolve complex issues.
