The Role
Reporting into the Asset leadership, this role is an integral member of the Site Leadership Team and as the HR Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to support our operational goals. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with site leadership to ensure effective HR practices that enhance workforce performance and foster a positive organizational culture.

Your passion for creating and developing Human Resources strategies and initiatives will influence the culture at our operation. You will coach and support our leadership team, manage all onsite employee relations matters and training outcomes, as well as contributing to events such as Family Days that promote and support not only our employees, but also our local communities.
