We're partnering with a global automotive organisation and looking for an experienced Account Manager/Site Manager to oversee a small, hands‐on team and keep daily transport operations running smoothly.
This fast a paced high impact role where you will be the go‐to person for the client, the team and the network, driving performance, safety, and service delivery.
What will you be doing?Lead and support a small team (5-6 staff)Manage day to day transport and delivery performances
Be the main contact for the client and greater network
Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Analyse KPIs, reporting, billing and carrier performance
Solve problems, streamline processes, and keep things moving
What you'll bring
Solid Account or Operations Management experience (Transport/logistics ideal)
Strong leadership and communication skills
