The Role As Finance Business Partner, you'll sit at the forefront of commercial decision-making - partnering closely with leadership to translate financials into action. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize business performance. Your Profile 5 years of demonstrated commercial finance or business partnering experience within a dynamic, operational environment CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in accounting, finance, or business Strong commercial acumen, experienced in analysing margin, pricing, and performance to drive decisions Advanced Excel and ERP experience (MD365 highly regarded), with strong digital capability Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Confident communicator, experienced partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes Self-starter with energy, resilience, and a hands-on approach Why this role This is an onsite role, five days a week, but for the right reasons.
