About the Opportunity
You'll be a trusted advisor on complex workplace compliance matters. You'll provide high-level guidance on interpretation of industrial instruments, ensuring ECU's practices align with legislation and policy. You'll also play a lead role in proactive risk management, helping shape a positive and sustainable employee culture.
About you
You're an experienced ER professional with a deep understanding of Australia's industrial relations landscape. You bring strong judgement, sound legal interpretation skills, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to complex workforce matters.
