We're seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Officer to join our team at Port Broughton District Hospital.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area with professionalism and efficiency.
Create, store, and maintain accurate resident records in line with health service guidelines.
Perform data entry into Chiron and Working Systems with high attention to detail.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and reports using Microsoft Office.
Assist with meeting minute-taking and document preparation.
Support the Accreditation process and ensure compliance with necessary standards.
Provide exceptional administrative support to staff, visitors, and clients.
What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage a high workload.
Experience in office administration and proficient use of Microsoft Office software.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, willing to assist with customer inquiries.
