Job Title: Accounts and Payroll Professional
This role requires taking ownership of daily accounts and payroll tasks, contributing to the success of financial operations.
Responsibilities
* Process payroll transactions in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate personnel and payroll data
* Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
* Reconcile bank statements and track cash flow
* Collections on overdue accounts
* Manage profit and loss reporting
* Initiate payments through ABA file transfers and bank deposits
* Process invoices via relevant portals
* Manage payroll liabilities including superannuation, PAYG, and other expenses
* Respond to employee inquiries
