ROLE PURPOSE

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with their assigned customer portfolio and it is an office-based sales role.
This role highlights Winc's unique value proposition to key decision makers and utilizes industry & data driven insights to deliver relevant customer development plans and achieve targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage retention and profitability of contracts with existing corporate customers within the designated portfolio
Focus on Customer treatments tailored to overall vertical strategy
Develop and maintain a strong business relationship with all relevant contacts within the client organisations
Maintain expert knowledge of the vertical industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
B2B experience and industry knowledge is advantageous
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
Understanding and ability to articulates the Winc "Single Source" Vision to create opportunity
Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
