Job Description In this role, you'll provide comprehensive support to the CEO and senior leadership team while taking ownership of the corporate events calendar.
From national conferences and trade shows to quarterly business updates and celebrations, you'll be the driving force behind creating memorable experiences that bring people together.
Manage CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and inbox Provide daily administrative support to the CEO and executive team Plan and deliver major and minor corporate events, including: Annual national sales conference/trade show Christmas parties and staff celebrations Quarterly business updates and leadership lunchesOversee event budgets and timelines Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions Coordinate service awards and recognition programs Draft and collate monthly newsletters The Successful Applicant A successful EA and Events Manager should have: Previous experience in executive support and event management Strong organisational and time management skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
A proactive attitude and problem solving mindset.
