Key Responsibilities:
* Drive exceptional customer service and support visual merchandising to create engaging in-store experiences.
* Coach your team to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high-quality induction experience for new starters.
* Facilitate training on customer service standards and maintain a safe working environment.
* Lead store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
