We are seeking an experienced, highly capable and proactive Nanny / All rounder to support our family with children aged 2, 4 and 10.
This is a premium role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly — professional, calm, exceptionally reliable, and able to work independently to the highest standard without needing micromanaging.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Childcare & Routines
Care for our children (ages 2, 4 & 10)
* Support routines, learning and daily structure. Coming up with activities and ideas for children that are learning centred and show casing their home learning
* Assist with all child-related activities, organisation and appointments, home learning, tutoring, running activities
* Drive our 10-year-old to activities and appointments (company car provided)
Meals
* Meal and snack preparation for the children
* Cleaning up after meals and children's activities
Laundry & Household Standards
* Laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
* Supporting household laundry as needed
* Keeping the house highly clean, tidy and organised
* Maintaining children's bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas to a high standard
* Being proactive with tidying/resetting spaces throughout the day
Hours
Approx 6 hours per day, 5 days per week
Ideal schedule: happy to negotiate
* Monday: 11:30am – 5:00pm
* Tuesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
* Wednesday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
* Thursday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm
* Friday: 1:00pm – 7:00pm
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Proven nanny/childcare experience
* Current First Aid certificate (imperative)
* Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain immediately)
* Driver's licence
* Your own reliable car to travel to/from work
* Exceptionally independent and proactive (must not require micromanaging)
* Calm, mature, trustworthy and professional at all times
A company car will be provided for transporting the children.
Professionalism & Privacy (Strict)
* No photos/videos of our children on social media – ever
* Strong discretion and confidentiality required
Trial Period
A paid trial shift is required to ensure the role is the right fit before ongoing employment is confirmed.
