Job Title: Rural Products Sales Manager
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead a retail team focused on delivering tailored merchandise solutions and driving sales growth across the Goulburn Valley/Shepparton region.
* Lead, develop and support a retail sales team to deliver on business and customer goals
* Drive sales and identify new business opportunities across rural merchandise categories
* Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with local producers and agribusiness clients
* Analyse seasonal trends and ensure product availability aligns with local needs
* Manage stock, merchandising and compliance with safety and handling standards
* Oversee retail operations to ensure a high-performing, customer-focused environment

Requirements:

* Solid understanding of rural products, including animal health and crop protection
* The ability to interpret sales data and trends to inform localised strategies
* A current driver's licence (essential) and forklift licence (desirable)
