Our Opportunities
HDR's Transport Business Group in Australia seeks expressions of interest from experienced engineers, planners, designers, and drafters to join our team and contribute to a range of exciting and challenging infrastructure projects. We have opportunities from intermediate to principal level across the following disciplines:
* Drainage Engineer
* Civil Drafter
* Highways Engineer
* Structural Engineer – Bridges & Civil Structures
* Transport Planner
* Civil Designer
About You
We are seeking motivated and technically proficient professionals who are committed to contributing to high-quality, community-focused infrastructure outcomes. Ideal candidates will bring a combination of the following qualifications, skills and attributes:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications appropriate to the position.
* Demonstrated experience working on transportation or civil infrastructure projects, with capability across intermediate, senior or principal levels.
* Technical proficiency in discipline‐specific tools and industry standards.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work productively within a tight‐knit, multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to quality, safety and sustainability.
* A proactive, growth‐oriented mindset.
Additional certifications, professional memberships or chartered status are highly regarded.
