We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred services aligned with NDIS standards.

Key responsibilities include:
* Embedding clinical best practices across the team and supporting ongoing professional development.
* Developing tailored support plans through in-depth assessments that meet each customer's unique needs.
* Ensuring services meet NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission standards and compliance requirements.
* Driving continuous improvement through data insights feedback and process enhancements.
* Supporting business growth by contributing to service innovation and strategic goals.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of the NDIS environment or other health-related services.
* Experience in a customer-focused service business Confidence in engaging stakeholders and building external partnerships.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a broader team.
Qualifications:
* Current APHRA registration with no conditions Diploma of Nursing
