About the role
You'll manage digital and physical records to ensure compliance with the Archives Act 1983 and whole‐of‐government standards. Working with the Information & Records team, you'll classify, sentence, retain and dispose of records using Content Manager, supporting consistent agency‐wide practices.
Duties
* Review digital and physical records for correct classification
* Apply sentencing in Content Manager and M365
* Identify records due for retention expiry
* Prepare and document records for authorised disposal
* Support audits, reviews and compliance reporting
Skills & experience
* Experience in digital records or archives management
* Knowledge of Archives Act and government IM requirements
* Skill in classification and sentencing using disposal authorities
* Proficiency with Content Manager (TRIM)
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
