Quality Assurance Lead Role
The Quality Assurance Lead will work closely with the Leadership Team to implement and maintain our Quality Management Systems, ensuring seamless product release to meet customer demand.
* Manage a team of quality specialists to ensure timely sampling and testing output delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive production efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Release: Verify product conformance to specifications and evaluate any non-conformities, out-of-specification results, or adverse event reports for the release of serum.
* Compliance and Support: Provide leadership to the quality team while promoting our organizational values, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and conducting internal audits.
* Laboratory Test Methods: Develop and validate laboratory test methods, generate protocols and reports, and execute test method validations as required.
