Key Responsibilities:
* Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets
* Monitor performance insights and create strategic plans to drive commercial success
* Drive effective initiatives and sales tools to enhance market presence and commercial outcomes
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts supported by clear action plans
* Guide critical commercial conversations to support Nova's go-to-market strategy
* Collaborate with local and national teams to achieve shared commercial goals
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
* A track record of building relationships within the media, marketing or creative industry
* Deep understanding of the media and advertising ecosystem
* Passion for delivering innovative client solutions and driving business growth
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills
* A resilient, dynamic, and adaptable mindset, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
