Community Support Worker – Aged Care

About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide essential care and companionship to older clients living at home.
Your day may include:
* Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, continence support)
* Meal preparation and assistance
* Grocery shopping and errands
* Transport to appointments and community activities
* Domestic support (cleaning, laundry)
* Social support and respite care
* Medication prompts

About You
We're looking for people who are empathetic, dependable, and genuinely enjoy supporting older members of the community.
You will have:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home & Community)
* Experience in community or aged care
* Current National Police Check (less than 3 months old)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* WA driver's licence (or valid international licence)
* Reliable, insured vehicle
* Smartphone for work use
* Availability for consistent shifts (morning to late afternoon preferred)
* Proof of influenza vaccination
