These roles will see you leading teams of pipelayers, plant operators, and labourers in the installation of sewer, stormwater, and water mains—perfect for professionals seeking stable, long-term work close to home. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support daily operations of pipe crews Set out levels and grades, and interpret construction plans Allocate resources to meet daily production targets Liaise with Site Supervisors and Project Managers Ensure WHS compliance and manage SWMS & QA documentation Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site challenges Mentor and train junior crew members and apprentices Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience supervising pipe installation works (sewer, stormwater, water) Prior background as a Leading Hand or Foreman on civil pipe crews Confident in setting out and reading plans with laser levels Strong knowledge of SEQ Code and relevant specifications Holds a White Card and current Driver Licence (MR/HR highly regarded) Additional tickets such as Excavator, Confined Space, or High-Risk are advantageous To Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY, or get in touch with Rebecca from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 260 029, or send your resume to rebecca@celotti.com.au.
