About the Role: * Deliver high-quality phone, remote and onsite IT support services. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage tickets, assist with Microsoft 365 administration and foster strong relationships with customers. Main Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming support calls and assist customers professionally. 2. Provide remote helpdesk support and resolve technical problems efficiently. 3. Buid and maintain positive, friendly customer connections. 4. Manage and update tickets in the support system effectively. 5. Administer Microsoft 365 (user setup, licensing, groups, security) 6. Set up and configure internet modems and routers. 7. Troubleshoot basic networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WiFi issues). 8. Support VoIP phone system installations and changes. 9. Diagnose and resolve printer, email and connectivity issues. 10. General IT support for diverse business clients. 11. Occasional onsite visits to client locations (vehicle or mileage provided).]
