My client requires a Strata Manager to take over a small local tidy portfolio, with a view of increasing the portfolio, as well as SALARY INCREASES to reflect. With support provided this would be a great opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager who is wanting to take the next step!

What You'll Be Doing
* Minute taking & agenda preparation
* Client and committee liaison
* Managing day‐to‐day strata operations
* Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
* Conducting and attending AGM's / EGM's / VOC meetings etc
The Criteria
* 1 + years experience in the Strata industry as a manager
* An autonomous, experienced Strata Manager
* Valid drivers' license
* Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
* Have excellent time management skills
* Desire to succeed in the industry
