About the Role The successful candidate will demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development whilst aligning with business charter values.
Actively participate in field leadership, team routines, performance metrics and positive team culture.This role supports the identification, implementation, improvement and maintenance of Engineering Information Management systems, including access management, quality governance, improvement identification, delivery of system training, maintain supporting documentation, assist with end user and transactional support in accordance with the relevant framework.The role is based in the Brisbane Office on a Mon - Fri basis.
Skills Previous experience in a customer facing administrative role.
Able to meet deadlines and achieve performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Be self-directed and manage your time and workload.
Proactively supports solutions to on or off-site problems and show the ability to seek feedback on their effectiveness.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Understand Project Management framework.
Be able to maintain excellent communication and engagement skills with a diverse range of stakeholders and respond with accurate information in a timely manner with business agreed deliverables.
High proficiency with the Microsoft suite required with experience in Engineering Systems, including Documentum, Meridian, Aconex, and SNEXT with a willingness to build an understanding of alternate business applications and processes.
