Assistant Director, Strategic Projects and Change Management, EL1 - Affmeasures (EA********)
Join ACCC to apply for the Assistant Director role in Strategic Projects and Change Management.

What You'll Do
Establish workplace health, safety and wellbeing framework.
Establish diversity and inclusion (D&I) framework, including governance.
Manage changes associated with WHS and D&I frameworks.
Manage strategic HR projects as required to foster a safe, inclusive and productive work environment.
About You
Demonstrated strategic and specialist understanding and application of HR frameworks, WHS frameworks and change management.
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed organisation.
Research, investigate and analyse relevant information and data to develop and present insights, advice and recommended positions.
Well-developed written communication skills for strategies, reports and correspondence.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, negotiating and influencing stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Well-developed project management skills, prioritising and meeting deadlines with high autonomy.
Highly desirable: relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, human resources, AHRI accreditation or equivalent.
Working Conditions
This full-time, part-time or job-share role can be performed at any AER office (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney).

Salary
$123,702 – $136,900 plus 15.4% superannuation.
