**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholder to fix, immediately.
- Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a friendly and social Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer interactions and likes to be continuously busy. This role requires excellent skills in data entry, customer service, and written + verbal communication skills This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be working in a excellent team environment. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with a start date as soon as the successful candite is ready.
