The Paradise Valley Hotel is looking for a bistro manager to join our leadership team.
This is a hands on role including upholding and enhancing our already high levels of customer service, staff training, company policies and culture.
The successful applicant will possess the skills to manage efficiently up to 10 staff, deliver on-the-job training, and also manage rostering and reservations on a daily basis. Previous experience in a high quality venue are seen as strong pre-requisites.
