KingKira Group is a proudly 100% female Aboriginal‐owned environmental services business based in the Pilbara, providing sustainable waste management and industrial services across Western Australia. We're now seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to support our growing team.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR position, with strong capability across employee and industrial relations, payroll compliance, and leadership coaching. You will thrive in a fast‐paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take pride in closing out matters thoroughly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters
2. Manage end-to-end casework including investigations, performance management and disciplinary processes
3. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and payroll requirements
4. Coach and support leaders to build capability and drive performance
5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across HR processes and practices
6. Contribute to broader HR initiatives
About You
7. Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior HR Advisor or similar role
8. Strong knowledge of employment legislation
9. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide, develop and support others
10. Demonstrated experience in payroll compliance and interpretation
11. Experience with Fair Work matters
12. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to see matters through to resolution
13. A proactive mindset, always looking for improvement
14. Lead with care, integrity, and professionalism
15. Confident managing complex and sensitive matters
16. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
17. Able to prioritise and perform in a fast‐paced environment
