Site Manager at INTREC
1. Manage all aspects of site activity from establishment through to defect rectification.
2. Take responsibility for onsite safety and ensure sites comply with Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
3. Maintain detailed knowledge of project scopes, contracts, and timelines.
4. Coordinate all trades, induct and manage subcontractors and site employees.
5. Engage in reviews with Construction and Building Managers.
6. Record daily site activities.
7. Conduct effective toolbox talks.
The skills we need
1. Prior experience managing commercial construction, refurbishment, and fitout projects up to $5M.
2. Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
4. Tertiary, trade, and safety qualifications.
5. Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office: Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
7. Enthusiasm, passion, and a willingness to learn.
