About the Role
As a key member of our client care team, you’ll be the trusted voice and point of contact for our premium IQ BluePrint clients. Every day will bring variety — from connecting with clients and coordinating with internal specialists to ensuring their experience with us is seamless, insightful, and rewarding.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Nurturing and managing client relationships through regular, meaningful conversations
* Keeping our database accurate and up to date with every client interaction
* Collaborating with Finance, Taxation, and Financial Planning teams to deliver proactive, client-focused solutions
* Identifying opportunities for referrals and business growth
* Coordinating annual reviews to track and celebrate client progress
* Managing key administrative tasks and maintaining high-quality client files
