As a Partner Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Odoo Partners and contribute directly to business development with their end customers. This role gives you the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both partners and end clients.
Odoo Partners are external service providers—typically systems/ERP integrators and IT companies across Australia and New Zealand—who include Odoo in their solutions portfolio. They are experts who deliver Odoo services to their clients.
As the partner's main point of contact, you will coach them on best practices, guide their business strategies, and help them demonstrate Odoo's value. You'll also collaborate with them throughout sales cycles to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful project outcomes.
You will interact with a wide range of customers across diverse industries. Part of your role will be to qualify prospects and deliver Odoo demos to match them with the most suitable partner.
What You'll Be Doing
Empowering partners with high-quality training on selling and implementing Odoo solutions.
Collaborating with partners to design tailored implementation packages that impress end customers.
Matching end customers with the right local partners based on their needs.
Supporting negotiations between partners and customers to close deals successfully.
Helping partners understand how Odoo can streamline their operations and integrate into their business model.
Building and nurturing long‑term, trusting relationships with partners.
Ensuring partners are aligned with Odoo's strategic direction to drive collective success.
