About the Role As Clinical Care Manager, you will: Lead clinical quality and governance across the aged care facility Oversee best-practice dementia care and support clinical teams in delivering outstanding, person-centred care Drive continuous improvement, incident management (including SIRS), and regulatory compliance Partner with facility leadership on accreditation, AN-ACC assessments and standards alignment What You Bring Registered Nurse (AHPRA) 5 years aged care experience – preference given to applicants with previous CCC/CM experience Proven clinical leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of aged care quality frameworks, funding models and compliance Why Move to Tasmania?
