Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, co-ordinating renewals, new business, quoting and re-marketing across the portfolio.
They will also develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge, and work closely with a Senior Broker on large accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied portfolio of SME - Mid Market clients
* Co-ordinate renewals, new business, quoting and re-marketing across the portfolio
* Develop and maintain strong relationships and build partnerships with clients
* Provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients
* Work closely with a Senior Broker assisting with the company's largest accounts
Requirements
* Broking experience across SME and Domestic products, with heavy or commercial motor experience highly considered
* Tier 1 Broking Qualification preferred but not required
* Able to build strong client relationships and maintain good client retention
* Will to learn and adapt in a growing and innovative environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels
