As the Manager Health Consumer Partnering, you’ll be responsible for overseeing engagement strategies, refining governance frameworks, and ensuring consumers actively shape their healthcare experience. Your expertise will guide the implementation of national safety and quality standards, foster meaningful collaboration between clinicians and patients, and enhance service delivery across the health service.

Your day will involve working closely with healthcare teams to embed consumer partnering into everyday practice. You'll assess engagement strategies, manage patient experience programs, and lead governance initiatives that align with national healthcare priorities. Whether providing leadership to advisory teams, refining policies for improved consumer participation, or driving service improvements, your role ensures that healthcare is responsive, inclusive, and built on meaningful partnerships with the community.
