- Permanent Full Time Role

**Opportunity**:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Client Services Coordinator to join our energetic team. In this role you will be at the forefront of Referral And Care Support Team to provide client centred onboarding experience and ongoing care support services.

**Role**:
As a Client Services Coordinator you will work within a collaborative fast flowing environment and be a crucial team member in our client's journey. Assessing eligibility, suitability of client's needs and coordinating the referral with RDNS.

Our Client Services Coordinators are our client's first point of contact into the organisation, building a raptor with clients, providing exceptional services to our clients during their onboarding experience and setting up the client's experience with RDNS. You will also support a seamless transition of clients to appropriate services within RDNS and external to organisation. The roles are preferred Full Time with part time negotiable. These roles have the opportunity for Monday to Friday work or working across 7 days a week. Shifts are rostered between the hours of 0700 - 2000 with multiple start times.

- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrated competent administration skills to prepare documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to support the daily operations.
- Well-developed communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills to develop
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Be agile and adaptable to workflow changes
- Effective relationships and support resolution of referrer and client issues.
