Customer Experience Specialist
Aphex is at an exciting stage in its journey. With a presence in the UK since 2019, the company is now powering large infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe and Australia.
We're seeking two Junior CX Specialists to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with little experience but a willingness to learn.
The Customer Experience Specialist will be part of a unique team that provides support to users while also being deeply involved in product development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Owning the Quality Assurance process for new features
* Supporting users through live chat
* Investigating bugs and managing the triage process
* Participating in early feature discussions and design reviews
* Leveraging resources to improve user workflows
* Leading product discovery projects
Recent projects have included building an automated test suite and creating a reimagined knowledge base.
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll focus on mastering hands-on aspects of the job, such as testing new features and creating documentation. You'll work closely with experienced team members to build a solid understanding of how the product works.
In this Role:
* Test new features to ensure they work perfectly
* Update help documentation to explain workflows more clearly
* Provide direct support to users through live chat
* Investigate suspected bugs and document fixes
