Our organisation is seeking a skilled People and Culture Business Partner to support our evolving workforce and help shape a high-performing, people-focused team.
The successful candidate will partner with leaders across the business to align HR strategies with organisational goals. They will play a key role in enhancing our culture and capability by leading employee relations, supporting workforce planning, promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement, guiding performance management processes and providing coaching to leaders, driving improvement of HR initiatives including induction, recruitment, policy development, and compliance, and championing best practice and ensuring alignment with employment legislation and organisational values.
* Partner with managers to deliver timely, practical, and people-centred HR solutions.
* Lead employee relations, support workforce planning, and promote a culture of inclusion and engagement.
* Guide performance management processes and provide coaching to leaders.
* Drive improvement of HR initiatives including induction, recruitment, policy development, and compliance.
* Champion best practice and ensure alignment with employment legislation and organisational values.
