This person will play a leadership role within the wider support team and will work closely with two 'hands on' Directors that are looking to develop future leaders as the business growth.This role offers you the opportunity to work across a range of different client environments and offers exposure to some of the latest technologies in the market, enhancing your skillset in the process.Some of the key tasks will include:•Establish new customer relationships and nurture existing relationships.•Project manage client projects such as new system implementations, migrations and equipment upgrades.•Support the service desk team by providing guidance on workloads and handling issue escalations.•Ensure that all complex issues are resolved by identifying root causes and providing a remedy.•Ensure SOP's are maintained by the team to ensure best in class service.•Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and solution providers.Your BackgroundThe ideal applicant will see themself as a true 'techie' who thrives when facing complex issues and has a passion for the latest and greatest gadgets and technologies.
