The Director of Learning is responsible for creating a positive learning environment that promotes student growth and development.
This role focuses on supporting staff in developing and implementing evidence-based best practices, differentiation, and high-impact teaching and learning initiatives across the school.
Direct engagement with students enhances engagement and achievement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
Building respectful and collaborative relationships contributes to a positive school culture and climate as a key member of the leadership team, demonstrating commitment to DET values, current priorities, and adherence to child safety policies.
Leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives related to the strategic plan and school priorities, curriculum planning, professional development, assessment, and reporting policies and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategies to promote student growth and development;
