A Spiritual Caregiver for Campus Communities
Our organisation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide holistic care and support to residents, family members, and staff across our campus services.
About You:
As the spiritual caregiver, your responsibilities will include providing pastoral care, spiritual development, community engagement, team collaboration, and volunteer support.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background: A Certificate IV in Pastoral Care, Chaplaincy, Christian Ministry, or a relevant equivalent qualification. Experience: A minimum of three years' experience in providing pastoral care or chaplaincy services within a health or community environment. Endorsement: Eligibility for endorsement as a Ministering Person with Churches of Christ in Queensland. Skills: Demonstrated ability to model a missional lifestyle, communicate Christian beliefs effectively within the Australian context, and exhibit servant leadership qualities. Compliance: Possess a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card) - or the ability to acquire.
