The Company is seeking a Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to spearhead a significant, multi-year transformation. This executive role is pivotal in modernizing the organization's operating model, enhancing digital capabilities, and building a scalable platform for future demand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering the enterprise transformation roadmap, driving digital strategy, and modernizing corporate services to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
Additionally, the CTO will strengthen financial governance, and investment discipline, and lead the organization through cultural and operational change. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should be experienced senior leaders with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide change and operational redesign, particularly in complex, regulated, or service-intensive environments. The role requires a leader with strong capabilities in digital enablement, data governance, and cybersecurity uplift, as well as experience in modernizing finance and corporate services.
High-level financial stewardship, Board-ready communication, and the ability to simplify complexity and deliver outcomes at pace are essential. While not mandatory, experience in health, community services, aged care, or other regulated sectors is highly regarded. The CTO will work closely with the CEO and Board, and must be prepared to champion and lead the organization through the transformation process.
