We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, detail orientated Legal Assistant looking for their next opportunity. The successful candidate will be passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced high performing team.

To be successful and thrive in this role you will have the following skills

* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Assistant in a law firm (ideally within Intellectual Property)
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
* The ability to build strong working relationships
* Strong work ethic, ability to manage competing priorities and keep on top of deadlines
* A commitment to excellence with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work (attention to detail is critical)

Your role

You will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative and secretarial support to two of our leading Partners within our Intellectual Property and Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

* Diary and inbox management
* Meeting, travel and event management
* Assisting in the maintenance of the firm's trademark portfolio database
* Drafting documents and correspondence, including court documents
* Producing and formatting accurate, high-quality correspondence and legal documents
* Assisting with matter management, including conflict checks, file opening and closing, file set up, engagement letters, cost estimates
* Preparation of end‐of‐month billing, expenses and vendor invoicing
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders including our clients
