What You'll Do
Creating safe, engaging, play-based learning environments
Supporting children's developmental milestones and learning outcomes
Building strong relationships with families and the centre community
Delivering quality programmes aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework
Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards
Leading, mentoring, or supporting educators (leadership roles)
Preparing nutritious meals and supporting children's wellbeing (Cook roles)
What You'll Bring
A relevant Early Childhood qualification (Cert III, Diploma, Bachelor of ECT)
Leadership experience (for Director and Assistant Director roles)
Prior experience in early childhood education
A valid Working with Children Check / Ochre Card / Blue Card (state-based)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Food Safety qualifications (for Cook roles)
A warm, caring, inclusive approach to working with children and families
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
