About the Role
The Administration Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative functions across Corporate Services. This position is responsible for coordinating governance processes, contract lifecycles, projects, and meetings, while fostering a connected and collaborative culture across the head office. The role also leads front-of-house operations and implements strong administrative systems to support organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and improve administrative processes including contract lifecycle management, reporting, and governance systems.
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications for senior leadership, including preparing agendas, reports, and presentations.
* Oversee reception and office support functions, including supervision of front-of-house staff.
* Act as a central point of contact across Corporate Services, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to improve collaboration, culture, and staff experience.
* Support projects, compile reports, and assist with decision-making through high-quality documentation and analysis.
* Maintain accurate records, support tender documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement through digital tools and systems.
About You
* You have proven experience in a similar administrative or office management role, ideally supported by a qualification in Business Administration.
* You are highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively.
* You are an excellent communicator, confident in preparing reports, presentations, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* You bring experience in meeting coordination, diary management, and supporting senior leaders.
* You are digitally proficient, adaptable to new systems, and committed to continuous improvement.
* You excel at building relationships, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality customer service.
* You have strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse, draft, and finalise professional documentation.
Experience within the Not-for-Profit or community sector will be highly regarded.
