Overview
With an enviable growing client list, DCCL's Intellectual Property Litigation practice is now looking for a 5-7 PQE Lawyer for our Sydney office, working closely with our highly regarded Principals including Paul Dewar and Miriam Zanker.
In this role, you act for and advise local, international, private and public sector clients across diverse industry sectors and technologies in relation to contentious IP matters, including litigation regarding patents, trade marks, copyright, registered designs, trade secrets and domain names.
Responsibilities
• Represent and advise clients across contentious IP matters, including patent, trade mark, copyright, design, trade secret and domain name litigation.
• Collaborate with senior principals and teams to manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, opinions and other litigation documents; conduct strategy discussions and client communications.
• Support mentoring and development of junior lawyers as part of a high-performing IP litigation practice.
Qualifications
Essential to this role is trial experience and a drive to excel in the field of contentious IP.
