**About the Role**
This role has the primary accountability for coordinating and facilitation of incident management, near misses/losses and the supporting reporting required to be performed under the Risk Management Strategy and the Operational Risk Management Framework.
This includes supporting the HO Risk Strategy, Operations and Governance for accurate and timely incident triage and reporting with Group Executives and General Managers across Retail and Business Bank Divisions.
**About you**
Reporting to the HO Risk Strategy, Ops and Governance, Retail and Business Banking, this role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating key activities required to be performed under the Risk Management Strategy and the Operational Risk Management Framework. This includes supporting Group Executives and General Managers (across Retail and Business Bank) with the day-to-day incident management, issues management and maturing of risk culture through the uplift and usage of the Group Risk System (GRC). The role will enhance reporting to provide ongoing insights on root cause of events, impact to control environment and overall risk profile.
This role will work collaboratively with Head of Risk (Business Partner Roles) to guide, facilitate, and coordinate activities aimed at implementing key components of the Group Risk Management Strategy & supporting Framework, including customer exceptions, continuous improvement and management to agreed SLA for incidents.
