About the Salesforce Business Group
Accenture's Salesforce Business Group is part of Accenture Technology devoted to selling, delivering, and supporting Salesforce technology-based projects across Australia & New Zealand. We work with industry, consulting, strategy, service design and digital consultants to transform our clients.
About the role:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
* Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and document business processes and objectives.
* Design Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
* Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, process automation, custom objects, and reports.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
* Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
* Create user documentation and training materials.
* Monitor and maintain Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement improvements.
* Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
* Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend enhancements.
Qualification
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce solutions.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
