Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role
We are looking for a support merchandiser in Forest Lake and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited to, Forest Lake, Browns Plains and Springfield). Up to 25 hours per week (average 10 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being essential days. Role to commence January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with grocery personnel
* Create and maintain quality relays/planograms in stores
* Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance
* Work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely perform physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
* Perform the physical and repetitive requirements of the role
* Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience within the Coles Group is highly regarded
* Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)
