You'll be the first point of contact at our Head Office, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors while also providing essential operational support to our People, Safety and Culture team. From coordinating events and travel bookings to generating reports and supporting site activities, this role offers autonomy, variety and the chance to be at the heart of our operations.
Our front reception typically welcomes 5–10 visitors per day, along with contractors and deliveries. We use the Sine visitor management system to streamline sign-ins and ensure a smooth, professional arrival experience.

Korvest Ltd is the parent company of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia.
This position is based at our Kilburn Head Office, which is home to our manufacturing, galvanising and warehousing operations supporting a national network of branches and sales teams. As a growing ASX-listed company, we offer stability, opportunity and a strong focus on people and culture.
Your New Role:
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be central to delivering a welcoming reception experience while supporting key people and safety initiatives across the business.
You will be responsible for:
* Welcoming visitors and connecting them with the right people or teams
* Managing phone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
* Supporting office operations, including stationery, kitchen supplies, mail and meeting room setup
* Coordinating staff travel through our corporate providers
* Organising internal events such as quarterly site lunches and end-of-year celebrations
* Preparing monthly safety statistics and reports
* Taking minutes of health and safety meetings

* A professional, friendly and approachable manner
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel, including creating and maintaining basic spreadsheets and applying formulas.
* A proactive, structured approach to managing tasks
